Sarah Gulliver is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) specialising in paediatric nutrition. She completed her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (Class I Honours) at the University of Wollongong.
Sarah trained at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and has exceptional knowledge and experience in the nutritional management of children with faltering growth, feeding difficulties (aversion and fussy eating), ASD and ADHD, tube feeding, food allergies and intolerances (including breast feeding mothers), diabetes and children above a healthy weight.
Sarah has a particular professional interest in the gut microbiome and providing expert nutrition advice to promote the development of a healthy and diverse microbiota for infants, children and adolescents. She advocates for this as a key part of the puzzle for life long physical and mental health.
